KMS Cameras is a trading name of KMS Retail Therapy Ltd.

KMS Retail Therapy Ltd is a family business. Our aim is to create a friendly internet shop offering high quality products at the best possible prices whilst maintaining the benefits of being a small family business, ie excellent customer service throughout the sale process.

We are passionate about photography and want you to be too.

To help you in your buying decision and with your photography in general we have put together a resource area. A link to this resource area can be found on the left hand side of the site.

Making A Purchase

Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished making your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.

Payment is through Paypal's secure server. You do not need to be a Paypal customer to use this service.We accept Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, Amex, Solo, Switch, Delta and Visa Electron payments through Paypal.

When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.

Delivery is by UPS, Royal Mail or Parcelforce.

Delivery Schedule

You should receive the ordered item(s) within three to five working days of payment. If for any reason we cannot deliver the item to you within this time frame we will contact you within 24 hours of your order being placed.

Sometimes it may take up to ten days to deliver an item to you. If this is the case this will be noted on the item description page.

Please allow up to 28 days for delivery.

Back Orders
If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.

Credit Card Security
When the order is placed at our website, credit card numbers are encrypted using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site.

Returns Policy

You have the right to cancel your order within seven days of its receipt and have a refund. We do not refund the cost of postage and packaging. The customer is responsible for paying the return postage. Items returned due to cancellation must be unused, unopened, complete (ie with all original instructions and accessories) and in their original packaging. We politely suggest that returned goods are posted using a recorded delivery service to ensure that they are received.

In the case of faulty goods, we will replace the item or refund you. We will reimburse you for return postage.
